Purpose
The Epic Poker League is committed to promoting excellence and professionalism in live tournament poker through integrity in play and good personal character. The Standards & Conduct Committee has been established to help the league ensure fair play, good character and integrity in every aspect of the league’s operations and further enhance the professionalism of poker.
Responsibilities
The Epic Poker League is designed to celebrate the world’s best live tournament poker players. The Standards & Conduct Committee manages the eligibility of league members and assists in the enforcement of league rules and policies. The Standards & Conduct Committee’s primary duties and responsibilities are:
- To independently and objectively monitor the Epic Poker League member admission and qualification process.
- To partner in the development of league tournament rules and membership policies.
- To oversee the continued eligibility of players to participate in the Epic Poker League after initial qualification into the League.
- To oversee player compliance with the Epic Poker League Players’ Code of Conduct, Tournament Rules, and other and managing other related policies and procedures.
- To conduct any inquires appropriate to fulfill its responsibilities to oversee player membership eligibility and compliance.
- To impose discipline on players as necessary pursuant to policies established by the Epic Poker League
- To be a league and player resource for establishing and maintaining the credibility and integrity of the Epic Poker League and further enhance professionalism in the game of poker everywhere.
Everyone associated with the Epic Poker League is expected to avoid conduct detrimental to the integrity of and public confidence in the game of poker and the Epic Poker League. This expectation applies to all players, tournament officials, employees and anyone else associated with the Epic Poker League.

Reporting
The Epic Poker League is committed to the highest ethical standards and professionalism in the game of poker. Any suspected violation of the Epic Poker League Players’ Code of Conduct or policies or of any law will be thoroughly investigated by the Standards & Conduct Committee.
If you know of, or suspect, a violation of Epic Poker League Players’ Code of Conduct or policies or of any law by any league player, tournament official, employee and anyone else associated with the Epic Poker League, you may contact the Standards & Conduct Committee via email at ethics@epicpoker.com.
You may remain anonymous if you wish, but in order for the Standard & Conduct Committee to fully investigate a suspected violation, please provide as much information as possible. The Standards & Conduct Committee will keep all reports of suspected violations confidential. The reports will be thoroughly investigated and, if appropriate, the Epic Poker League may impose discipline.
